Hello, I’m Dee Weder!
I have been the owner of HB Hardbody since 2010. Currently as a Personal Trainer, I am training private clients at an independant studio located in HDX FIT gym in Huntington Beach. I train clients in strength, fitness, core balance, and teach boot camp classes (currently on hold), as well as personal nutrition counseling. Currently implementing a KETO diet with IF (intermitting fasting) for myself for the last 3 years, which my body absolutly loves. I am also certified to teach private and semi-private Yoga classes- off site.
I fell in love with Yoga when I lived in San Diego and decided it was something I needed to add to my list of accomplishments. I am a true believer that Yoga can enhance ones mind, body, and spirit, and increase your over all success in health and fitness.
Age and body types are not barriers to being fit. It doesnt matter what your athletic background or experiences are, nor how old or young you are. I will work with you to develop a plan that will suit your realistic and individual goals. Whether you want to lose weight, increase muscle tone and strength, or train for a marathon, I am here to help you succeed. I will put you on your own individual program, tailored to your needs and wants. I continue to help you monitor your program based upon the progress you are making toward the specific goals you have set.
